Event Details

Doing things differently is quite often difficult and there are reasons for that in how your brain prefers to work.  Find out why doing things differently is so energy intensive and how to make the most of the way your brain works to ensure that you deal with change more effectively.

This webinar will introduce you to how your brain works during change.  It will cover the basic anatomy of the brain; what happens when there is new information; and how your experience of life affects your view of the world.

By attending this webinar you will hear and see how your brain works; how you can work with it to maximise your energy output; and achieve much improved results.  You will then be able to translate this knowledge into what will make you more effective at your chosen career and your life.  There will be many tips to help you use your brain's wonderful thinking power to enhance your success.

Judy Williams is studying a post Graduate Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership which is about harnessing neuroscience and translating it into layman's language in an effective presentation that engages all levels of audience as you will see from the feedback below for my face to face presentations.

Don't wait register now as this webinar will fill up fast!

The two important things I did learn were that you are as powerful and strong as you allow yourself to be, and that the most difficult part of any endeavor is taking the first step, making the first decision. ---------------  Robyn Davidson

Testimonials:

The presentation that you did was perfect in the sense that it provided enough scientific study insights into how we all think particularly about changes that we do not connect with yet the presentation was also very well balanced with REAL examples. I think the proof of success for you was the number of Brain food books that were essentially sold without you actually selling them for me that represented a emotional connection by the attendees and a thirst for us to increase our knowledge on the subject matter.

I will be surprised if you don't inspire a number of people to look further into this, it was such a great presentation - I love hearing it so many times as I always pick up something new, or are reminded of things each time.

First of all I'd just like to let you know how much I enjoyed the session last Friday.  I myself am a Change Manager, not an organisational one, but one who ensures all changes to our IT environment is done in a controlled manner.

To do this I have to interact with a lot if IT staff and get them to follow standards and procedures, this is all new to them, in the past they were used to just changing things without having to ask for permission, do documentation etc.

It is difficult for them to adjust to this more controlled way of working, so I am looking for ways/ideas to help me engage them more in the process.  The seminar was a great start and I would certainly be interested in hearing more about "How the Brain Responds to Change".
